The "OMF Super Filter Series" has achieved weight reduction by using resin for the coupler and upper and lower plates of the filter for FANUC machines. The filter lifespan is equivalent to that of conventional long-life types. Since the filtration accuracy is high from the start, improvements in processing accuracy and the longevity of ion exchange resins can be expected.
